Welcome to Angel Wings Frenchies! By adopting a French Bulldog from us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure the well-being of our puppies and provide clarity on the adoption process.

1. Adoption Eligibility

Age Requirement: All adopters must be at least 18 years of age.

Residence: Adopters must reside in a pet-friendly environment and provide proof of residence if requested.

Home Environment: We reserve the right to request a home visit or photos to ensure the puppy’s new home is safe and suitable.

2. Adoption Process

Application: Potential adopters must complete an application form to initiate the adoption process.

Interview: An interview may be conducted to assess the suitability of the adopter and ensure a good match with the puppy.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit will be applied towards the total adoption fee.

Final Payment: The remaining balance of the adoption fee must be paid in full before the puppy is released to the adopter.

3. Health and Care

Health Guarantee: All puppies are provided with a health guarantee for the first 7 days after adoption. During this period, adopters must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If any significant health issues are identified, the adopter must notify us immediately.

Vaccinations and Deworming: Puppies will have received their initial vaccinations and deworming before adoption. It is the adopter’s responsibility to continue the puppy’s vaccination schedule as recommended by a veterinarian.

Spaying/Neutering: Adopters agree to spay or neuter the puppy within 12 months of adoption if this has not already been done by Angel Wings Frenchies. Proof of spaying/neutering may be requested.

4. Adoption Fee

Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial deposit to reserve a puppy is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Final Payment: Once the final payment is made and the puppy is released, no refunds will be issued. The adoption fee is used to cover the costs of the puppy’s care, veterinary services, and administrative expenses.

5. Puppy Care Requirements

Basic Needs: Adopters agree to provide proper food, water, shelter, exercise, and veterinary care for the puppy.

Regular Check-ups: Adopters must ensure the puppy receives regular veterinary check-ups and vaccinations as per a veterinarian’s advice.

Living Environment: The puppy must live in a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. The puppy must not be kept outdoors for extended periods or left unsupervised.

6. Return Policy

Return of Puppy: If an adopter is unable to care for the puppy, they must contact Angel Wings Frenchies immediately. We will arrange for the return of the puppy. No refund will be provided, but we will work with you to ensure the puppy is safely rehomed.

Rehoming: The adopter agrees not to sell, transfer, or rehome the puppy without prior consent from Deziner USA.

7. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Future Health Issues: While we strive to ensure that all our puppies are healthy, Angel Wings Frenchies is not responsible for any future health issues or conditions that may arise after adoption, except as covered by the initial health guarantee.

No Liability for Behavioral Issues: Angel Wings Frenchies is not liable for any behavioral issues that may arise after adoption. We encourage adopters to seek professional training if necessary.

8. Privacy Policy

Confidentiality: Any personal information provided during the adoption process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of processing the adoption.

Communication: By adopting a puppy from Angel Wings Frenchies, you consent to receive communications from us regarding the adoption process, care instructions, and updates.

9. Breach of Terms

Consequences: Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in the repossession of the puppy by Angel Wings Frenchies without a refund and the possibility of legal action.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Updates: Angel Wings Frenchies reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Adopters will be notified of any significant changes.
